Mint Selection is partnered with a highly successful independent power producer who owns and operates one of Europe's largest energy storage portfolios and is currently constructing one of the world's largest green hydrogen pipelines.
You will take a key position in the team and inherit a portfolio of newly energised operational assets.

They are a leader within the UK energy transition with plans for international expansion, a 14GW development pipeline and working on some of the most impactful energy projects in the world.

As an asset manager, you can expect to work with cross-functional teams in a close-knit and collaborative environment. The company has built a strong brand for operational excellence and they are looking for a reliable and professional asset manager to support its significant growth.
You should be ambitious and articulate with:
- Strong technical asset management background
- Demonstrable experience with renewable infrastructure(wind, solar, hydro or BESS etc)
- Experience with Contract/Contractor Management, Risk Management, HSQE, Optimisation and Performance Management
