Charlie has specialised in building technical trading teams for the world's leading commodities trading firms and buy-side trading businesses. He has experience managing hires across EMEA, US and APAC with a focus on Developers, Quants and Data Science.
At Mint, Charlie is a Clean Energy Recruitment consultant primarily focusing on Trading and Route-to-market mandates. He is particularly passionate about aiding the energy transition with a genuine interest in emerging technologies and software.
Outside of work you can expect him to be rock climbing, rollerblading, gaming or making music, usually with a glass of Chateau de Chasselas.
