Operations Manager - Commercial Energy Supply | Established Clean Energy Developer & Investor
Mint Selection is partnered with an innovative clean energy developer and investor. They operate across the full energy lifecycle from designing, building and operating complex, onsite energy generation through to wholesale energy trading, supply and RTM services.
After achieving key strategic goals, the business is expanding. They are looking for an individual to lead their energy supply business, optimising their current function whilst building and scaling the operations. Their supply business is a critical function and the role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with trading, project development, operations and finance.
You will be responsible for:
Performance Management: Financial and Operational of Energy Supply - Develop tools, processes and frameworks for effective reporting
Service Management: Work with managed service providers, leading on initiatives such as meter installations
Invoice, Settlements and Billing: Ensuring effective operations and leading on changes to billing
Regulatory compliance: Ensure supply license conditions (SLCs) are being met, operate with proactivity
Performance reporting to senior management and department heads
About you:
If you are an early career professional, you should have a strong academic background, be ambitious and articulate with strong attention to detail
If you are an experienced energy professional, you should have experience or expertise in energy supply (gas/electricity)
You should be motivated by the opportunity for autonomy and to grow a function of your own.
