Matthew has worked in recruitment for over ten years and has been coaching and developing others' skills for over fifteen years. He has led teams in different guises, managing up to nineteen direct reports. His recruitment experience spans many sectors and crosses permanent, contract and Executive Search. Matt has a passion for continual improvement and is committed to creating a better world.
