Structured Finance Manager sought to join a growing Renewable Energy Investment Platform.
Our client have launched a investment platform and in the past 12 months, taken sizable stakes in Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind and Solar PV. They’re expanding into battery storage and bioenergy whilst also expanding the geographical focus across EMEA.
The successful candidate would work as part of the Investment Management team, closely linking up with the CFO and Head of Structured Finance. You would support on debt raising, refinancing activities and portfolio hedging. Additionally supporting M&A workstreams and other key origination & execution activities.
Structured Finance Manager key responsibilities:
- Corporate Finance and Investment – Assist debt raising and refinancing initiatives. Develop and execute strategies for portfolio funding and capital structuring.
- Value Creating Initiatives – Identify areas for improvement on the portfolio of existing assets (capital structure, treasury management, forecasting asset profitability).
- Risk Management – Monitor risk and assess any impact on asset portfolio. Develop, recommend, and execute mitigation strategies.
