Project Procurement Manager – Renewable Energy | Hamburg (Hybrid)
We’re working with a fast-growing renewable energy investor and developer, active across Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Poland. With an operational portfolio of around 100 MW and a development pipeline of 500 MW+, they focus on acquiring and building wind, solar and storage projects from early-stage through to operation.
They're now looking for a Project Procurement Manager to join their Hamburg-based team and take ownership of procurement across the full project lifecycle.
The role
You’ll lead and coordinate procurement for a portfolio of renewable energy projects, primarily focused on onshore wind but increasingly involving co-located PV and BESS. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with strategic impact.
Key responsibilities include:
-
Running end-to-end tender processes and managing external consultants
-
Leading contract negotiations alongside commercial and legal teams
-
Building and maintaining a price benchmark database
-
Supporting financial modelling with CAPEX and OPEX inputs
-
Supporting contract execution, including in claims situations
What we’re looking for
-
3–5 years’ experience in project procurement, ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure
-
Degree in engineering, business, law, or similar
-
Strong commercial mindset and attention to detail
-
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
-
Fluent English; German is a plus
-
Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
What’s on offer
-
A visible, high-impact role in a small and ambitious international team
-
Competitive compensation and flexibility (hybrid working model)
-
A flat structure with space to bring your ideas and shape how things are done
If you’re ready to step into a strategic procurement role with real influence, we’d love to hear from you.
