Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to craft tailored proposals and targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of complex quotes, leveraging technical support to secure high-value contracts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the power quality space.
Essential Requirements
Proven track record as a senior sales leader or head of sales, with extensive experience in technical sales, preferably within power quality or related electrical engineering fields.
Strong strategic vision combined with hands-on expertise in new business development and team management.
In-depth knowledge of the UK market, including HV contractors and panel builders, and their operational dynamics.
Solid understanding of 3-phase electricity principles to effectively engage with technical stakeholders.
Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required to support sales initiatives and team development.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive both team success and direct sales outcomes.
