Within Mint, Paula focuses on executive search, leadership advisory, and senior appointments across the renewables and clean energy landscape.
Prior to joining, she acquired a breadth of expertise within a variety of sectors and geographies, leading teams and consistently engaging the best candidates for exciting mandates, as well as helping top individuals in their fields find new exciting career opportunities.
Outside of work, Paula is a passionate volleyball player and horse rider, though most of the time you can find her with a good book in her hand and her beloved dog Dusia in her lap.
