Financial Accountant – Renewable Energy Development Platform
Our client, a Renewable Energy Project Developer have a 1.5GW pipeline of projects across several geographies and are aiming to construct >200MW of Solar PV & Energy Storage assets in 2024 alone.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in the scaling of the finance function, benefiting from a broad array of responsibilities and accelerated progression as the company rapidly expands its operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis
- Providing commercial finance support to the Board and Financial Controller
- Managing relationship & reporting with joint venture partners
- Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, business planning, liquidity management, statutory accounts, and tax compliance.
Ideal Financial Accountant:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Strong analytical skills and attention detail
- Technically strong in IFRS & UK GAAP reporting
- Experience in Renewables (preferred)
The role is primarily remote but with regular meets with both the finance team and UK-based company in Central London.
