We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Director to lead health, safety, environmental, and quality strategy across a portfolio of large-scale international renewable energy infrastructure projects.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will shape SHEQ strategy, policies, and reporting at a corporate level while also maintaining a strong presence on-site, ensuring best practices and acting as the primary escalation point for project-related SHEQ matters.

Lead SHEQ reporting to senior stakeholders, including the Board and Project Steering Committees.
Construction & Project Oversight

Support and oversee in-house project teams and third-party EPC contractors, enforcing compliance and best practices.
Investigate and report SHEQ incidents and near misses, driving root-cause analysis and improvement measures.
Ensure all projects adhere to CDM 2015 regulations, planning conditions, and corporate policies.
Operational SHEQ
Enhance and maintain SHEQ management systems across assets and operations.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks to uphold the highest safety and environmental standards.
Act as a key advisor and escalation point for SHEQ matters during asset operations and maintenance.
Support and coach operational teams, ensuring technical and behavioural competencies align with safety objectives.
