​Business Development Manager - Solar & BESS On-Site Solutions

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a leading Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) developer and operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of on-site energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage new clients for solar PV and BESS installations.

  • Develop and present tailored proposals that meet client needs, driving the transition to renewable energy.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring seamless deal execution.

  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across industries to promote on-site solar and storage solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in business development, particularly within the renewable energy sector (Solar PV, BESS).

  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex energy solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Passionate about sustainability and the clean energy transition.
