Operations Director – Energy Transition Platform – London
A clean energy IPP is currently seeking an Operations Director, who will be responsible for scaling the operational capabilities of the company to support the growth of the organisation. The client would like to employ a hands-on individual who is keen to establish a high-performance, high-reward environment.
In this role you would get the opportunity to be responsible for:
Managing Operational Functions.
Office Management.
Human Resources / Talent Management, including Strategy, Culture, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Acquisition & Management.
Ideally, this individual will bring experience of:
At least 10 years in a Human Resources or Operational capacity with a Level 7 Associate Diploma in People Management preferred.
Creating a healthy work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion, and collaboration among employees.
UK law and HR best practices, as well as developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
Writing, planning and directing the development and maintenance of training programmes for all levels of staff.
General office management including working with third party providers and IT services providers.
Building and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once.
