​The successful candidate will act as the subject‑matter lead for InEight implementation, ensuring seamless alignment between system configuration, business processes, and project delivery teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital backbone of a fast‑scaling energy infrastructure developer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of InEight across the organisation, ensuring successful adoption across development, engineering, construction, and project controls teams.

  • Work closely with functional leads to integrate document control, scheduling, cost management, field data capture, and reporting within a single coordinated system.

  • Define system requirements, support configuration activities, and ensure alignment with business workflows.

  • Develop training programmes and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of user adoption and system proficiency.

  • Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and best practices.

  • Act as the primary liaison with InEight, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve configuration issues and optimise system performance.

  • Oversee data migration, quality control, and system testing activities.

  • Support integration with other enterprise systems such as asset management, finance, and project governance tools.

  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.

About You

  • Strong experience delivering or supporting large‑scale InEight implementations or similar project delivery systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, PMWeb, Oracle Unifier).

  • Skilled in document control, project scheduling, cost controls or project management environments, ideally within energy, construction, or infrastructure.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional system rollouts and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent understanding of project lifecycle workflows and digital project delivery best practice.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in fast‑moving, growing businesses with evolving processes and requirements.

  • Experience within flexible generation, renewables, utilities, or capital‑project environments (advantageous).
