​Oli has recently joined Mint with the objective of contributing to the expansion of the Project Delivery Vertical. With prior experience in recruitment within the Technology sector, Oli possesses a profound understanding of this technically demanding market and is well-versed in the complete recruitment cycle. His track record in the Technology sector includes successful partnerships with diverse entities ranging from startups, Tech platforms, and gaming platforms to conventional banking institutions. After an 11-month consulting stint in the Hospitality sector, Oli has chosen to continue his career in recruitment with us at Mint, where he aims to elevate our service offerings to new heights.

Oli's interest lies in the Renewables Sector, particularly in the context of Project Delivery. His aspiration is to play an integral role in nurturing client portfolios and forging partnerships within this burgeoning industry.

Oli is an outgoing, sport-orientated person. He enjoys watching but mostly playing Football or Golf, and loves nothing more than a tropical Holiday.
