What You’ll Do:
Plan and monitor project lifecycles, reporting to senior leadership and project managers.
Coordinate schedules, costs, and resource models, creating ‘what-if’ scenarios to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align timelines and validate contractor schedules.
Analyse variances, ensure SIMOPS compliance, and recommend actions to meet deadlines and budgets.
Support progress reporting, risk management, and baseline schedule development.
Contribute to lessons learned and project closeout processes.
What They're Looking For:
Proven experience in project planning, ideally in construction or energy sectors.
Expertise in schedule coordination, cost forecasting, and earned value management.
Strong knowledge of SIMOPS, contractor schedule validation, and risk analysis.
Proficiency with project controls tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-impact renewable energy projects.
