PPA Manager - European Renewable Developer
Location: London / Hybrid
Mint Selection is partnered with a successful and ambitious renewable developer operating across the UK and Europe specialising in Solar, Wind and Energy Storage. The company acquires, develops and energises renewable projects and is actively exploring additional generation and off-take structures.
With a fast-growing portfolio and excellent financial backing, the company is establishing a new function focused on the effective revenue and risk management of their portfolio positions, reporting to the CCO.
The company is seeking a motivated PPA Manager / Portfolio Manager / Revenue Manager responsible for managing the revenue and risk of their asset-backed portfolio, leading on new off-take agreements, RTM assessments, portfolio optimising and long-term strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, review and optimise the portfolio accounting for portfolio risk and wholesale price exposure
- Negotiate and implement short to long term PPA's, supported by a BD team to originate and tender for a variety of PPA structures
- Manage existing portfolio of PPA's, conducting regular analysis, contract management and optimisation of agreements
- Lead on route-to-market strategies for developments and acquisitions, proactively managing future asset-backed revenue streams
- Develop and implement relevant monitoring metric, reporting to Executives on the portfolio performance
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience - Risk Management, PPA origination or wholesale energy markets
- Experience in renewable development or investment
- Excellent communication ability, analytical skills and coordination
