Finance Manager - Renewable Energy Project Developer

Our client, a Renewable Energy Project Developer are looking to appoint a Finance Manager. After a successful fundraise last year, you would be joining the business at a period of growth. With a healthy pipeline of projects it’s now a case of scaling the operations and delivery areas of the business to ensure that this growth is smooth and well managed. Reporting into the senior management team, you will benefit from accelerated progression and a broad range of responsibilites. 

Key responsibilities:

- Financial Management of holding companies and project companies.

- Ensure that core financial processes are carried out efficiently with full use of systems to the standards of a listed company.

- Responsible for the provision of monthly management accounts to the senior management team.

- Establishing financial controls.

- Tax compliance (VAT and Corporation Tax).

- Company secretary activities.

- Exposure to commercial work streams.

Ideal Finance Manager:

- University Degree (preferred).

- Familarity with Xero and/or related softwares.

Bristol or London based (2 days in office minimum).
