Scott holds more than 12 years experience recruiting renewable energy professionals across the UK and European markets, successfully placing candidates into more than 18 European countries across the full project lifecycle. Scott has an exceptional network, partnering with IPPs, developers, EPCs, investors/funds, and manufacturers to secure them the best talent in the market.
At Mint Selection, Scott leads the UK permanent recruitment team, delivering talent solutions across the full spectrum of energy infrastructure asset classes.
IOutside the office, Scott is a lover of sport. He enjoys watching and playing rugby, is an amateur padel player and golfer, and enjoys keeping active at the gym and running. He also enjoys travelling to new places in Europe, and spending time with his loved ones.
