About San

I joined Mint Selection in May 2025, bringing with me over 3 years of experience in permanent recruitment. Having previously focused on the Renewable Energy sector, I have had exposure to some of the leading IPPs, developers, and platforms across Europe, and has built up a large pool of connections.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering, I will be leading our Engineering & Technical discipline within Project Delivery across the UK.

Outside of work, I love sport (both watching and competing), travelling, music, and spending time with loved ones.

I have really enjoyed working with San on my change in roles. From initial meeting to the completion of contracts and onboarding to the process, he has been in contact to discuss and provide updates even when there weren’t updates available yet.
