About Paola

​I have been working in recruitment for the past 5+ years, specializing in language recruitment and multilingual roles across various sectors. My primary focus has been managing temporary projects across different countries, but I have also successfully handled permanent appointments in both Europe and the UK.

I decided to transition to the Renewable Energy sector as I am passionate about clean energy sources and making a positive impact on the environment.

My work experience spans several European countries, with the majority of my professional career spent in Germany. At Mint Selection my main focus are the O&M and Asset Management appointments for the German market.

I believe my strongest asset is my ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. I bring a deep understanding of different markets and cultures to the table, along with honesty and a personable approach.

Outside of work, you can usually find me chilling with my cat Nenetta. I also stay active with jogging and kickboxing. Plus, I (attempt to) rock out on the guitar and sing in a band!
