About Paola

With over 5 years of experience in recruitment, Paola specialises in language recruitment and multi-lingual roles across various sectors. Her primary focus has been managing temporary projects across different countries, but she has also successfully handled permanent appointments in both Europe and the UK.

Paola decided to transition to the Renewable Energy sector as she is passionate about clean energy sources and making a positive impact on the environment.

Her work experience spans several European countries, with the majority of her professional career spent in Germany. At Mint Selection, her focuses are the O&M and Asset Management appointments for the German market.

Paola's strongest asset is her ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. She brings a deep understanding of different markets and cultures to the table, along with honesty and a personable approach.

Outside of work, you can usually find Paola relaxing with her cat, Nenetta, and staying active through jogging and kickboxing. She also loves to rock out on the guitar and sings in a band!
