As Mint Selection enters a major scale-up phase—backed by new capital, significant client commitments, and a share scheme that will make 50% of the business employee-owned—Mariah plays a key role in attracting top talent to support this growth. Her approach is friendly and transparent, focused on building genuine rapport while delivering results that align with long-term business goals.
