About Harry

​Harry is a specialist in contract recruitment within the Grid and Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector, playing a key role in delivering skilled freelance professionals to critical energy infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally. With over 7 years of experience in contract recruitment, Harry has developed a deep understanding of the complex demands of the energy market and the importance of compliant, high-quality contractor delivery. 

At Mint Selection, Harry leads the freelance offering across the Grid and T&D space, supporting utilities, EPCs, and specialist contractors with a specific focus on Engineering professionals such as Electrical Engineers, SAP's, Commissioning and Design. His knowledge of contractor mobilisation, compliance, and project timelines enables him to respond quickly and effectively to client needs, often under tight deadlines and on technically demanding scopes.

Prior to focusing on Grid and T&D, Harry spent several years supporting the offshore wind sector, with a particular focus on subsea cable installation, landfall works, and associated engineering disciplines. This background has provided him with a broad and transferable understanding of large-scale infrastructure delivery, both onshore and offshore.

Known for his proactive and detail-driven approach, Harry builds long-term relationships with both clients and contractors, ensuring the right fit for every project, not just technically, but culturally and strategically.

Outside the office, Harry is a football fanatic and lifelong Arsenal supporter, having grown up in Islington. He is also a keen runner currently in marathon training, often spotted out on long runs with his dog, Oscar.
