​Gary recently joined Mint Selection, bringing with him over 2 years of experience as an Executive Search Consultant, having previously focused on Life Sciences partnering with some of the largest Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies in the world. 

With a dedication to building and valuing long-term relationships, Gary is passionate about supporting organisations that positively impact people’s daily lives. His mission is to empower these entities to secure the most exceptional candidates, facilitating their journey towards achieving their organizational objectives.
