About Ella

​Ella has over 3 and a half years’ experience within the renewable energy sector. She began her career in contract recruitment focusing on Offshore Personnel (Senior Authorised Persons, Client Representatives and Construction personnel). Supporting clients worldwide, Ella has an in-depth understanding of project requirements and has built a strong network of highly skilled professionals.

Ella has now transitioned into contract recruitment with a focus on the Project Management/Construction side of the Renewable Energy market—specifically within the UK/Europe. She now partners with leading DNO’s, ICP’s, IPP’s and EPC clients to source top-tier talent for solar, wind, and other technology projects.
