About Dom
Dom brings 8 years of permanent recruitment experience across the IT, Technology and Renewable Energy sectors.
He has previously led a team focused on the UK and EU renewable energy markets, before expanding his expertise into the United States. This international exposure has given him a strong understanding of both established and emerging clean energy markets.
Dom is joining the Mint Selection's UK team to lead the Project Delivery function and reconnect with his network. He is excited to return to the UK renewable energy market - a sector he has always found dynamic, innovative and constantly evolving.
He prides himself on building strong, long-lasting relationships while delivering a high-quality and efficient service. Dom understands that successful business relationships are developed over time and strengthened through consistent results.
Outside of work, Dom is a self-confessed "very average" amateur sportsman, playing both football and golf. He is also a keen traveller, enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and values spending quality time with family and friends.
