Salary: Competitive day rate depending on experience
Contract length: 12–18 month contracts
Mint Selection is looking to connect with experienced TP137 and SR163 Site Managers for renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects. These contract opportunities will support high voltage environments associated with substations, grid connections, and renewable energy integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage site activities in line with TP137 and SR163 requirements
• Ensure safe systems of work, permits, and access control procedures are maintained
• Coordinate with utility providers, such as National Grid, to ensure safe energisation and integration of renewable assets
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, project procedures, and engineering requirements
• Maintain site reporting and documentation
Experience & Qualifications:
• Previous experience working within high voltage environments and grid infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of TP137, SR163, and safe systems of work
• Experience coordinating contractors and site teams on complex infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of substations, grid connections, and renewable energy projects preferred
• Relevant authorisations and certifications required
