Mint Selection is supporting renewable energy construction projects and is looking to connect with experienced Site Supervisors across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.

These contract opportunities will support the delivery of solar PV, BESS, wind, and wider energy infrastructure projects. The role will involve overseeing site activities, ensuring installations meet engineering and safety standards, and supporting efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise on site mechanical, electrical, or civil works across renewable energy projects
• Ensure installations meet engineering specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors to maintain project progress
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance across site activities
• Support programme delivery and communicate progress with project stakeholders
• Assist with inspections, reporting, and site documentation

Experience & Qualifications:
• Previous experience supervising construction or installation works within renewable energy or infrastructure projects
• Understanding of solar PV, substations, BESS, wind, or wider energy infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of site health and safety standards
• Ability to manage contractors and site activities within fast paced project environments
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications advantageous
