Salary: Competitive day rate depending on experience
Contract length: 12–18 month contracts
The role: Mint Selection is supporting renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects and is seeking experienced Project Managers for contract opportunities. These roles will oversee the delivery of projects across solar PV, BESS, substations, and wider energy infrastructure from development through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects
• Coordinate contractors, clients, DNOs, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting activities
• Support procurement and resource planning across project phases
• Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor programme milestones and support successful project delivery
Experience & Qualifications:
• Previous project management experience within renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
• Experience delivering projects across solar, BESS, substations, or grid connections preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of project controls, reporting, and commercial management
• Relevant project management qualifications advantageous
