You’d be joining a company within a long-standing investment group who operate the UKs largest fleet of FiT scale wind turbines. You’d be leading the re-powering and optimisation of the existing onshore wind fleet, as well as scaling the development capability through greenfield development and acquisition.
Head of Project Development Key Responsibilities:
- Leading greenfield site origination
- Engaging and managing the relationship with land agents, development partners and technical consultants
- Managing development budgets and project commercial models
- Identifying potential development acquisition opportunities
- Identifying and securing private wire opportunities for individual development sites
- Overseeing the repowering roll out for the operational portfolio, including working with the asset management team when determining technology choice
- Working closely with the energy storage business to determine opportunities for co-location and asset optimisation
