Salary: Competitive day rate depending on experience
Contract length: 12–18 month contracts
Mint Selection is seeking experienced Planners and Planning Engineers for renewable energy and infrastructure projects. These contract opportunities will support project scheduling and programme management activities across solar PV, BESS, substations, and wider grid infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and related planning tools
Track project progress across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
Identify programme risks, delays, and critical path impacts
Support reporting and programme recovery activities where required
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to maintain delivery schedules
Monitor project milestones and grid connection timelines
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous planning experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities projects
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and project controls processes
Experience supporting engineering and construction delivery programmes
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Renewable energy project experience advantageous
