Managing Director Green Hydrogen Integrator

 

Managing Director sought by Green Hydrogen Integrator and Energy Infrastructure Investor.

 

Our client have established themselves as a pioneer in creating end to endHydrogen and Electrification solutions for Transport, Manufacturing and Products businesses. They have built a presence within the Surface Transport, Maritime and Construction industries. As part of a consortium of businesses, they are involved in an end-to-end process from developing and operating the required energy infrastructure assets (Renewable Power Generation, Electrolysis plants) to the transportation and distribution of Green Hydrogen and the provision of turnkey, zero-emissions solutions.

 

The Managing Director will be someone with a strong track record, background within the gases industries or related energy utilities (conventional gases, specialist, biofuels, alternative fuels, hydrogen +), and a natural leader with demonstrable success in devising and executing on company strategy.

 

Preferably you are currently operating at a level just below MD (Commercial Director, Business Development Director or related) and ready to take the step-up. Within our client’s organisation you will lead this business and simultaneously work as part of the leadership team within the wider group of companies.

 

Managing Director Key Requirements:

- Experience working within the gases or alternative fuels industry

- Knowledgeable about market trends towards sustainable investing

- Drive and entrepreneurial spirit to grow a business with a global focus

- Executive / Director level responsibilities within a related field

- Passionate about opportunities emerging in the Energy Transition

- Track record of developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals

- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities

- Overseeing the company’s business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Able to excel in high-pressure situations.

- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
