Commercial Director – C&I Clean Energy Platform
We are seeking to appoint the UK Commercial Director for a leading independent distributed generation platform, with a strong international track record delivering on-site solutions to residential, commercial and industrial customers.
The business are partnered with a world-leading investment fund to support their international expansion, building from a scalable model based on strategic direct sales partnerships with major C&I customers, partnerships with EPC and installation companies, and a full aftermarket services offering.
The UK Commercial Director will work directly with the HQ leadership team to grow the country offering, responsible for defining and executing the mid- and long-term strategy at the same time as delivering the short-term ongoing sales pipeline.
The ideal Commercial Director will have:
At least 10 years of previous experience in the Energy/Renewables sector
Track record in providing energy solutions to Commercial & Industrial customers
A track record building B2B commercial partnerships
Self-motivated, goal driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to build an early-stage country presence
Exceptional commercial and communication skills to build strong external relationships and lead the remote in-country team
