You’d be joining an organisation lead by founders who are all experts in their respective fields; Investment Management, Law and Engineering. Operating as a consortium of businesses, our client develop, invest in, build, own and operate various energy and related infrastructure assets; Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, Gas Peakers, Vertical Farms, On-site Energy Generation, Energy-from-waste, Anaerobic Digestion, Bioenergy gas injection amongst others.

 

Working alongside the Head of Operations, the two of you will be the Asset Management dream team! You will take on the commercial responsibilities for all of their operational assets – across multiple asset classes.  

 

Commercial Asset Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring all assets meet regulatory, legal and contractual obligations

- Create, maintain and enhance collection and storage of site data

- Manage permits and licenses for sites

- Reporting on asset performance, operational data, additional investment needs, risks and progress

- Developing operational and capital budgets

- Reporting on environmental, HSE, market compliance and other regulatory requirements 

- Maintain asset-related financial models and prepare period financial reporting and forecasting

- Review and renew maintenance contracts, monitor and evaluate the performance of contracts and provide input into commercial negotiations

- Ad hoc asset specific and portfolio wide analysis

- Coordinate with site operators to ensure optimal asset management

- Support onboarding of new assets and disposal of divested assets

- Manage and develop relationships with existing lenders, investors and stakeholders
