He started his career working in account management and lead generation. Having moved into recruitment, he now sources candidates for End-to-End Providers spanning Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV Charging. Theo’s driven to make a difference to the climate crisis by placing the best candidates with the best renewable energy organisations.
Outside of work Theo loves learning languages, travelling and anything sporty!
