About Josh
Josh is a Partner within Mint Selection’s Executive Search team, with an extensive track record of delivering senior appointments across the renewables and energy transition market.
His work centres on renewable energy asset companies and IPPs, alongside the wider ecosystem of route to market providers, trading houses and investors that support their growth. He has a particular interest in how renewable assets are commercialised and monetised as the sector continues to mature.
Combining deep market knowledge with a relationship led approach, Josh partners with businesses to identify and secure the leadership talent needed to scale, strengthen performance and realise long term value.
