Bashir is a Researcher within Mint Selection’s Executive Search team, supporting the delivery of search assignments across the energy transition market. A Business Economics and Finance graduate from Loughborough University, he brings strong analytical and research skills to his work.
His role focuses on identifying exceptional talent, conducting detailed market mapping and generating insight into talent trends across renewable energy and clean infrastructure. Working closely with the wider team from initial research through to candidate engagement, Bashir helps investors, developers, IPPs and technology businesses identify the people they need to grow and deliver.
